I the meantime, everything I stated in my review is 100% factual. You lied to TDS when they asked you following the opening of the dispute in May 2018. What you wrote in the present claim is in contradiction with what you told TDS.
With your new claim you are intending to get a judge to enforce two abusive clauses in your contract. One that allows you to charge a tenant for landlord's decision to terminate early.
One that allows you to charge for cleaning and inventory check out (that never happened and never will), explicitly saying that this is regardless of how you hand in a property. Very convenient for you.
As for sharing evidence you have no obligation to share it but it does look good if you show the judge you did what you could to find understanding whit the other party.
