Highly unethical bunch of money sharks who can resort to anything to get what they wanted. Gave apartment in a shitty condition but charged 500£ when I vacated claiming that it was dirty. Could not dispute anything as I had left UK. Be careful what you're signing in the contract, though they wont allow you to read it properly and rush you to sign the papers. The contract may even state that that all your money, life and soul belongs to VIP lettings - you may never know
A sample email "Dear tenant, ur contract clearly states that you will allow access at reasonable times at the end of your tenancy for viewings. Reasonable times are between 9am and 6pm and we fail to see, why access cannot be gained using the alternate set of keys that we are having with us. If the property remains vacant as a result of your unreasonable position regarding access, then we will continue to charge rent until such time that it is re-let. Additionally, you may, in the future, also require a reference from this agency, so please bear that in mind."

Never ever think of buying or renting a property via VIP Lettings, Slough. They will make your life horrible and you will come to know you are screwed once you vacate the property....
