I agree with all of the above wholeheartedly and would urge everyone thinking of renting through them to stay well away.
They have failed to update our contact details each and everytime we call them,so we always get a letter from them stting they could not contact us.
Everytime there has been an issue they have caused delays coming back to us
We had an issue with mice which we had to call them continuously despite the issue being raised at an inspection. At which we were accused of lying.
They wanted to send a surveyor to inspect the property and lied about contacting us. We received a letter stating that they were entering the property regardless. I had to beg them not to due to our puppy being in the house and one of us had to be present. They agreed but then made the same threat. They arranged a time and then chamged it again without telling us. The surveyor even commented how poor they were.
We agreed to sign another 12 month contract which was sent and signed we were made aware afterwards the rent was going u,which had we known we would not have signed. Upon questioning the clause about them having to give 6 months notice we were told because we had signed a new contract they only had to give us one despite it actually being an extension as we had lived in the property for a year and a half already.
The staff are rude and patronising. We are looking to every angle to get out of the tenancy due to the fact we are expecting our first child and they have essentially left us in financial difficulty although I expect this to be a miscommunication from the landlord and themselves.
Overall and absolute joke from day one. Would not reccommend to anyone and would expect landlord to be very wary of using their "services"
