Absolutely useless. Ran into a few problems with my house sale and Corlyn Edgar my local agent (Belfast) never once lifted the phone to offer advice or support. Once they sign you up they move on and forget about you. Please people go to a proper estate agent and save yourself any grief.

Never use. I checked houses sold through Zoopla and Rightmove and PB's sold non in my area, misleading. Next, no detailed valuation or specific terms sent after signing up just a prominent pic of house, (As soon as you click on the image later discover you are supposed to have waived your right to a cool off period by doing so).
