It is the worse customer service I have ever experience in my life. This guys should not have permit to operate as state agents. I moved to this house on the 22 Oct. There were many things previously reported that weren't working properly. I reported them again as soon as I moved in and, to date (30 Oct) none of them have been fixed. I call, send emails and got no response whatsoever. Aditionally, we are meant to have someone cleaning the flat every week. This hasn't happened for over two months now. Again, I reported this many times and got no response. My room was never cleaned when I moved in and it hasn't yet been cleaned. Today the gas stopeed working, meaning we have no hot water and heater. I have been calling the agency and my maintenance rep Shelley since 8am - leaving numerous voice messages. I have also emailed them. This is ovbiously an urgent matter and within the space of 5 hours I haven't manage to speak to them. This is always the case with this agency. It isn't that the service is poor and take time for them to make repairs/ attend us, it is that they simply DO NOT ATTEND AT ALL!
