At first this company was ok to get through to. However towards the later stages their micro aggression and r* started slipping through in their processes and lies. To all my fellow black people don't bother using them because not only will they butcher your name intentionally they'll lie boldly to your face to keep your holding deposit.

In the meantime, we can assure you that we have never intentionally overcharged a client and if this has happened inadvertently we will of course reimburse you. That’s is an absolutely lie! caxtons which we had this unpleasant occasion to cross passed never stick to Tenancy Act nor our lease! They have intensionally overcharged and provide the worse service.Since we have got rid of them and managed by ourselves the difference is shocking!We have obviously reported them and won at Tribunal their shameful practices!Never again caxtons and being honest Hope such company will go bankrupt considering how they are threading their customers!
