I have to chase them every month to pay the rent
it does eventually get paid but it takes multiple chasers before it gets done. Each month I'm told they've improved the process and it wont be late again. But without fail every month I have to ask for the rent to be transferred over to me. Kind of defeats part of the purpose of using an agent if you have chase them to pay the rent. As far as I'm aware, my tenants pay on time every month. I wouldn't recommend E&C

We are having the same problem regarding being paid. We have only been with them for a few months but have had to chase them. Rarely get a reply to an email or a returned telephone call. The latest payment we received was £50.00 short with no explanation. I would definitely NOT recommend them. Jan 17, 2020
No they still don't pay on time. There's another review on google complaining of the same thing. I suggest we start complaining to the redress scheme they legally obligated to have signed up to Dec 18, 2019
Hello, I was googling because I have been having this exact same issue with the same company. I have been renting out with them since 2017, but through 2018 I started having issues with late payments through the agency that were paid after some chasing and reminders. But this year it has got even worse and now I am missing the last 4 months of payments and keep getting fobbed off with "tomorrow" or "Monday" but then nothing happens. So, I wondered if this has improved for you since you wrote this review?
