We put our house on the market with Elephant following an extremely thorough and professional consultation with both directors, Alec and Matthew. Their ability to sell in our area was evident from their track record built during 2012, and the high standard of brochures they had created for their vendors.

Within 3 days (almost before the house went on Rightmove) it was sold, and the remaining (20) viewings were cancelled. We sold to the second viewing.

I always felt that the speed of the sale and exchange was in a large part down to the quality of applicants registered with Elephant. They had a long list of (committed and proceedable) people looking to buy in our area.

Alec and Matthew managed everything from start to finish with impeccable commitment and professionalism.

I could not recommend their services more highly.
