Melvin and his team acted in the sale of a bungalow owned by my late mother. He set a very realistic valuation, found a good buyer very quickly at a sale price that exceeded the valuation and skilfully negotiated with the purchaser and lawyers to get the deal completed in record time. We found him to be professional and courteous in what were difficult times for my family and I. Don't mess about with corporate, bigger estate agents anywhere but particularly not in Warminster. It is clear that Melvin takes pride in doing a job. That's why his business is successful. He'll still be selling houses in Warminster long after the managers of his bigger competitors have moved on to new careers at Carphone Warehouse or Furniture Village! I have no connection to Melvin or his business other than as a client for whom a good job was done. Keep up the good work!
