We are extremely pleased with the service provided by Town and Country Estate Agents. Initially, we felt that the knowledgeable approach by the director of the agency was welcome and appreciated. He was enthusiastic about our 30s property and believed it had potential. We felt uplifted by his enthusiasm and positive approach. And our trust in Town and Country. Was not misplaced.
The house was sold via an open sale day where again we know that the agents' interest and knowledge, both of the property and the area, played an important part in securing a quick sale. Our house sold at this first open sale day.
The office provided excellent and prompt communications and did not mind how often we called them.
