We´re amazed about the amount of consistent, similar praising five star reviews that follow the very bad reviews (which you can read at the bottom of the page) You can of course make your own conclusions of what is fake and what is not, but our real experiences with this agent were pretty much the same as the rest of the bad reviews ; the staff including the management were mostly rude, arrogant, inventing surprise extra costs that were not in the contract, and not being able to fix problems. The female staff at the office seemed to change ever so often, so maybe that tells something about the atmosphere and level of service and the management.
If there is a good thing to say, it is that the rent was reasonable: this is of course the property owners decision and not the agent´s. We could have taken the agent to court for many breaches of contract and were advised to do so by a lawyer. But we thought it would be easier to just leave and forget about it.
We´re very happy that our current agent is from another planet: very helpful, completely transparent about costs.

If people wish to make the effort to add a review, it is either because they are really happy or really unhappy. Those who are neither never bother to leave reviews.
Tenants who are happy receive a great service and the reviews are genuine, and we can prove it by contacting the reviewers to verify themselves. Bad reviews seem always to be left by Tenants who have had some sort of deduction from their deposit and have left their property with problems to resolve, forcing the Landlord to make deductions which is never a popular choice. What can one expect? Bear in mind, any deductions go directly to the landlord for dilapidation repairs. As an agency, we do not profit from this at all. This tenant in particular did not listen to our pre-end of tenancy advice to ensure their deductions were kept to a minimum. They also failed to understand our terms laid out, printed and explained at the start of their tenancy. Any agent who is in the unlucky position of having these tenants as applicants for their next property, will no doubt receive the inevitable bad review.
