What agent could do to change your mind?
The agent couldn't really do much worse in my opinion. We've spoken to other agents who have advised Locations position on the market as being a laughing stock.Attached Filesnbsp;
Comment on agent fees
The fees were initially very reasonable, but for a 14 week contract, where most contract run for 6-8 weeks. No fees were paid as they failed to sell the plot, but they have done irrevocable damage in the future marketing of the property.
