I decided after a period of time managing my own properties to try IMS lettings, what a mistake, the property was completely trashed by the time the tenants moved out, it was not a moving out trashing but over a period of time when IMS should have been managing the property, i really dont understand what they did for the maintenance charge? I have tried contacting them to sort this issue, but they are either unavailable or say they will call back and they dont.
I have resorted to managing my own properties again now, first day advertising online and ive got a tenant within 24 hours so fingers up to IMS and their appalling service.
