Poor customer service when asked to get in touch with a member of staff while in the process of buying a property and being spoken to like an incompetent person. Disgusting attitude by the staff and unable to return calls or respond to the process taking place. Constanly saying staff is away and would, return in 15 minutes though having waited over 4 hours. Would not recommend which is a shame as there are many good staff.
