Paul stayed late one evening so that I could view the property out of my work hours, and he then gave me a lift to the station in the rain. He was helpful and has sent people out to fix all broken fixtures quickly and efficiently. On meeting him he explained all possible options for acquiring and paying for the flat. He is always quick to respond to messages. Overall we are very happy with his work, and would recommend him to anyone.

And we love the flat!
