I had the house on the market with them for 2 years and not a sniff of an offer. They kept asking me to lower the price which they had valued it in the first place. Plenty of viewings but not a single offer. I eventually went to 99 Home lowered the price by 1500 (which would have been John Francis fee had they sold it) and sold the house in 12 days! I think the facts speak for themselves. Never again will I use an estate agent I'll do the viewings myself and use the online firms.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
