Wish I could give them zero stars.
The worst letting agent I have ever experienced.
Took us almost two months to get our deposit back, despite the “property manager” telling us that he was going to post the cheques out numerous times. He never replied to e-mails as he always said he was on annual leave or out of office (despite replying to some tenants emails and ignoring others). Still waiting for a response back about disputes which I sent last Friday.
Apparently won’t honour our disputes despite me having evidence that the issues had been previously reported before the end of the tenancy.
Charged us for 13.5 hours of cleaning on a small six bedroom flat - the flat did NOT require that many hours of cleaning when we left and to start with it wasn’t even clean when we moved in! We had to deep clean it ourselves!
They then sent the cheques for the deposits to the wrong addresses and made the cheques out incorrectly?
Avoid this letting agent go with a letting agent who will actually be responsive and fair with tenants.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
