The agency have always found good tenants who pay the rent on time, and treat the property with respect. In two years there has never been a period where I have been without a tenant. Alex, who looks after my property, is always available to contact, and deals with any issues with the property quickly and without hassle. I\'d thoroughly recommend Equity to other landlords, as they make the lives of landlords easier knowing their property is in safe hands.
