Kimberley took over from a previous employee, and I had experienced problems with tenants etc.,all of which had been handled by Karmelle Burnett, who had moved on.

Kimberley dealt with the process of "getting things right" for me, which she did very efficiently, very courteously, and very quickly. It is not easy taking over a "case file" from someone else, but I felt very reassured that Kimberley was in charge and so it proved, when my new tenants took over on 31.Oct 22012 Just brilliant.
