Potentially the worst letting agents I've ever had to deal with! We had to chase them 3 times to get our deposits back, my friends who were moving into the property only signed the contract 3 weeks after moving in and we were not allowed our deposits back until the next set of tenants had paid their deposits. In addition, we had to pay our deposits directly to them instead of a deposit scheme, so it was not as safe. They asked me to send them my bank details via email, despite having issues with a hacker earlier in the year and refused to take them even when I went into the office to give them in person! All the staff except Peter seem very unwilling to help and are childish when it comes to dealing with tenancies. They were also not helpful with our maintenance requests throughout the year and never completed an inventory. I am very unimpressed with their service and will not be using them again!

What agent could do to change your mind?
The agent should have always acted with my interests in mind, not those of the tenant, and they should have communicated more effectively with me. This would have prevented the situation occurring in the first place, and would have shown them to have the level of professionalism required of them. The ability to do the job efficiently - and being able to effect simple things like using the correct address, would have made the who process less farcical.

I have had a good service from Russell Collins Estate agents for over 10 years they are Very professional service Highly recommend these people seem to know what they are talking about.
