We appointed Gascoigne Halman as our agents on our second attempt at selling our house after, regrettably, appointing a different agent the first time round. The difference couldn't have been greater. Attentive service from Adam, Anna, and Charlotte, and more interest in the house which was handled effectively to maximise offers. Ultimately we didn't have the smoothest of sales for various reasons (none the fault of Gascoigne Halman) but the team were always on the case in a proactive way. I didn't feel I had to chase things constantly and was confident they were going to do what they said and get back to me when they said. Although the whole team have been excellent, Anna really did stand out with her commitment and diligence. I cannot recommend highly enough as the best estate agent in the Heatons.
