We have recently moved into a property rented through Romans Bracknell office and Catherine was great in dealing with our requirements and my 100 various questions. She's incredibly easy to get on with and very empathetic towards the stresses and worries that tenants have, especially in such a fast paced lettings environment.
We also dealt with Sally who is based at their head office and she was instrumental in completing the let on the house so that the move in was swift and pain free, she also was there to answer my various questions over some complicated matters we had.
This is the first time we have been tenants through Romans and so far we are very impressed.
