As an experience tenant i have never dealt with such a lack of professionalism and ignorance. From the beginning of our contract we had several issues with our flat. Getting anything fixed took several phone calls and emails and finally contact with the Landlord to finally get any acknowledgment of need for repair. We found Billy to be exceptionally ignorant and rude in his service, seeming only to find time for excuses. He would tell us that he had been to the property and found no problems, only for us to later find out that he had never visited the flat at all. He fed us lies and false information. Problems included leaks, faulty electricals in the bathroom as well as other rooms, no heating and broken oven. None of the above were dealt with when first asked or even the second time.
A note to anyone considering them as property managers; steer clear- the service is unacceptable and in many instances, appear to have no professional knowledge or even common sense.
