I have just bought a flat through JT and in particular with Gurdeep who has been excellent during the process: always calling to make sure that it was moving, helping coordinate the conveyancing process, etc. He was knowledgeable, always on top of what was going on and dealt with us in a very professional and welcoming manner. If anything, I would ask the managers to please provide the sales staff with a work mobile as even though they strive to come back to clients as quickly as they could, we may sometimes lose some valuable time simply because they are out and about.
