Really unprofessional and rude staff, loses paperwork, asked for payment of rent monies and deposit before presenting us with any form of tenancy agreement. Tenancy agreement came 72 hours before the move, which for a long distance move is rediculous with work leave and moving vans ...

The staff are unhelpful, the fees are extortionate, plus they get kick backs from energy suppliers. They changed our energy supplier without informing us or the owners of the property, which has now cost us money - simply awful....
