- They are very slow in fixing things after we moved in.

- The house is not completely clean when moved in. The kitchen has fungi marks all over. The carpets were dusty like they had never been touched for months.

- Their gas engineer was rude.

- They never reminded us what to be careful about when moving out. They just waited and drained the deposit from us.

- They never gave us a list of damage cost, which would have been a good guideline for the returning the house.

- The damaged costs are far overpriced.

- The staff was VERY late for the appointment for house returning. He prosponed the appointment TWICE.
