I have boiler not working on offset. They can't fix it for the last 2 months. They are rude if I try to remind them.

As the landlord I organised for the hotwater tank to be replaced for a new system as it was 30 years old. The tenant had hot water just not the cheaper off peak supply. I am sorry it took two months (he always had hot water) but had to be ordered and the plumber had to fit it. It was nothing to do with the agents. Tenant is now happy with the new syetem and is still in the flat a year later!
