The Agents were amazing, and worked really hard to secure our lettings. Head office however, severely let us down, leaving me homeless for 2 nights following several botched attempts at doing a reference check. Once we had moved into the house, they claimed to no longer have responsibility and asked us to contact the landlord, despite not ensuring our deposits were protected and our house was in order.
I would definitely work with the agent again, the agency however... another story.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Offer more help with reference checking to ensure that this had gone through on time.
