Terrible service. All nods and smiles when they need something. If you have a problem expect a 6 month lead time. I had a 1 year old child and they took ages to sort the boiler out in the middle of winter. Rude, arrogant and treat you like dirt. They came around supposedly to take photos of a problem i reported.. so they could get this fixed. next minute those photos are on right move and they are telling me the land lord has decided to sell up. Don\'t trust this agency. Very unprofessional and they don\'t seem very organised.
