Carter Duthie offered an excellent service from the first telephone call asking them to value the property all the way through to completion of the sale. Imogen handled our sale and she could not have made things easier. When she come to value the property, she listened to our needs, came up with a clear strategy and left us with an opportunity to think about our options. Carter Duthie offer different sales packages, which is very different to other local agents, and we were able to choose which package best suited us. The house was sold within two weeks, for a price that were very happy to accept. After the offer had been made, the service Imogen delivered was over and above our expectations - she liaised with the buyers about additional items they wanted to purchase, kept us up to date with any progression in the sale (something that seemed particularly challenging for our solicitor!!) and was able to liaise with both the solicitors and between us and the buyers efficiently and effectively. No question was left unanswered and no problem seemed too great. In addition, I had asked morgen to contact me by email rather than phone, as I am unable to easily answer phone calls where I work. She must be the only person that I have dealt with in the last 10 years or more who has actually respected this request. Imogen made what could have been a very stressful time seem like a breeze! We would wholeheartedly recommend Carter Duthie - they offer honest, down to earth advice about selling your home and then execute a well planned strategy to achieve the optimal price. Absolutely excellent!

This is a vexatious and malicious review from a disgruntled former tenant that admitted lying to secure the property in the first instance and were found by the independent DPS arbitrator to have committed multiple breaches the terms of the tenancy agreement. Despite agreeing to accept the decision of an independent arbitrator the tenants are now clearly venting there misplaced bitterness at ourselves and the reputation of our business.
