Not a bad thing to say about them. Hamletts were good as gold to us as students living in one of their properties. Communication wasn't always perfect, but we always got a result. Any issue with the property was dealt with as quickly as reasonably possible. No issues with deposit or rent, and they were very understanding of any problems we had.
The only advice I would give is if you have any issues, call them rather than email.
