My daughter rented via them for 2yrs Uni. Shockingly poor response & customer service and retained some deposit for spurious reasons
What agent could do to change your mind?
Responded to repairs and faults in an timely manor, or even in accordance with the contract. Provide details of what cleaning, checkout fee, inventory rubbish removal, replacement of smoke alarm and mirror really mean in compassion to leaking roofs, electrical alts and perpetual damp conditions.
