Extremely rude, dishonest and unprofessional lettings staff. Was bullied out of a viewing by Janice after failing to call me back to arrange a viewing. Accused me of harassment for chasing the viewing up on seveval occasions. After making a complaint she made a number of false statements to justify her discriminatory behaviour.

Murphy Scoular endeavour to accommodate tenants in every way possible As such we offer adequate notice for access. We have checked our diary for this date and see that we did indeed try to cancel your appointment due to an emergency at another property. However as you state, we did fit your appointment in as scheduled. May we ask you contact Murphy Scoular direct in order to ascertain which member of staff you spoke with.
