Nina Nikiel was fantastic from start to finish.
She immediately understood what I was looking for.
She emailed me that evening, with flat options.
She arranged viewings for the next day, based on my choices.
I saw 5 rental flats in total, all of which were great.
I loved the 5th one! She immediately put an offer in, and I got it.
She made the whole process incredibly simple, easy and enjoyable.

I recommend Nina very highly!!

What agent could do to change your mind?
They should have informed the landlord of the clear request we had n order to ensure both parties' interests were protected. Lack of diligence and communication are the areas they should improve upon.
