What a nightmare! This people are all a disorganized bunch of liers.

Apart from ignoring us all the time, we had to live with 2 broken showers, no lights on half of the ground floor, several leakings, etc. At the beginning they pretend to be very kind and helpful, from the time we payed not only 1 but 2 months in advance the whole experience was awful.

After we signed the contract, they didn\'t allow us to move in for 12 days because there was a problem with the boiler in the house which they pretend not to know about before. They stole our copy of the contract on one of their visits to show the property to possible buyers, in order to make us pay from the date that was on the contract instead of the date that we actually moved in.

Their Property Management team is a joke, they did nothing for a year and a half. They changed our contact person at least 3 times during this time.

All they care about is stealing the highest amount of money possible from the tenants, because that´s what they are trained for. Ms Traynor, Allan Bailey and Michael Flynn should be ashamed of theirselves when they get back home from work, because all they do is try to ruin people´s lifes.

I could go on and on about this, but seriously, try to avoid Foxtons by all means
