When we recently were trying to find a letting agent for our property in Catford we invited all estate agents on the High Street over to quote. Good way for us to test both the financials, but also the people. When Jon from Reeds Rains came around, what seemed like a difficult decision became a very easy one. He really took the time to talk us -as inexperienced landlords- through the process of letting our house, was really interested in us as people, seemed genuinely enthused about the prospect of working with us and also put together a very competitive offer.
Once the decision was made we never once felt left to our own devices. Rachel took over our case and was with us every step of the way. When my husband ended up in hospital a few weeks before our big move she reached out to make sure we were OK and to see whether we needed any help and she went above and beyond to get everything over the line. Hugely responsive and hugely helpful. We moved to San Francisco, but I really feel our beloved home in Catford is in good hands. Rachel is in regular contact to update us and to check what we want to do with any post, :-) all of which is much appreciated. So glad we made the decision to go with Reeds Rains.
