Thank you Manning Stainton for assisting in the sale of no.18 Wade Street, Farsley. The property was not straight forward, being of an unusual design, but required a Debbie Cundhill was integral in explaining the benefits of the house to prospective buyers, cuminating in a number of offers after an extensive marketing effort. Thereafter, Debbie provided some excellent advice to ensure the most suitable purchaser was chosen, not just the highest offer, thus ensuring the deal went through. Therafter, her colleague Debbie Tabiner was able to guide the purchaser through the legal process, ensuring that the various delays that crept in did not de-rail the purchase, ensuring all was well with a happy new home owner in the end.
