Unhelpful person. I have raised a couple of issues. The only issue she was able to sort out was a window, which dropped out of its frame and a new mattress. What happened was that our boiler went wrong in a way that we had to manually switch it on to heat the watter and the switch it off not to boil the watter. She completely refused their responsibility to sort this and later on she started ignoring our emails. No response and if there was one it was just plenty promisses or excuses.
What agent could do to change your mind?
At the begining (viewings and contract sign off) they are very friendly and responsive. Later on they ignore you or sending unhelpful replies. I wouldn\'t deal with them any more.
