When leaving a dodgy landlords property they suggested we didnt pursue our deposit back 'would we really want to wait 3 months'. Well we did wait and got all but £10 back. Awful company renting out dangerous properties with no smoke alarms but 'its not our problem'. Put your kids lives in another companies hands.
