I sold a house in Beaulieu park via Beaulieu Estates early this year - completed in February. It was a tough housing market at that point in time and the sale consequently took some time with one prospective buyer dropping out due to issues around obtaining finance, etc. However throughout this period Beaulieu Estates stuck to the task manfully and continued to market the property locally and nationally in order to find a buyer. I was impressed with the fact that Beaulieu Estates did not simply ask me to lower the price in order to get a quicker sale but advised to hold out for what they felt the property was worth. Their in depth local knowledge was important when conducting viewings particularly when viewers were not familiar with the area with the house eventually being sold to buyers who were relocating from central London. Beaulieu Estates fees were very reasonable - particularly given the number of viewings they carried out.
I would definitely use them again.
