avoid at all costs my sister has just left a lovetts property she moved in there a year ago and at first everything seemed fine then the mould was showing through walls (it was not condensation or anything she did always aired places out opening windows etc.) there was no hot water for first 3 months lovetts refused to fix our brother ended up coming down from london to fix they refused to show her the boiler certificate the pipe under sink was cracked badly and was flooding place she asked for it to be fixed they refused when she moved in they said the cooker fridge/ freezer and washing machine all worked well washing machine did not work at all freezer had mould in it and cooker was broken (gas cooker pipe gas pipe broke) sister and her daughter got sick took 3 trips to hospital and 5 weeks for them to send someone to fix that the lady (directors daughter/ niece) was disgustingly rude on the phone even on voicemails she sent i have heard the voice mails and the vial women told my sister to stop being a moaning bitch its not like she can prove lovetts are in the wrong and to shut the fuck up slating lovetts

Having just read your review I'm extremely disappointed to think could have done something so terrible to you. Can I ask if the property you were to rent was through the Cliftonville office? Only that is the office I run and cannot believe such a thing would take place? Apologies for the delayed response but I have only just come across this review.
