I have recently rented my property through Cubitt & West in Sutton and would like to take the opportunity to thank Leanne for all her help, Leanne has been very helpful and as a first time Landlady has made me feel comfortable renting out my house through Cubitt & West. She is friendly and professional and I am confident in leaving the management of my home to her. Thank you Leanne!

What agent could do to change your mind?
Updated seller on progress, provide feedback immediately after open day not a couple of working days later. Deal with us individually and not in a generic fashion. Have a point of contact, that is involved in the selling of the flat, not to use multiple agents for viewings unless they are familiar with the property. Which they haven't been.

What agent could do to change your mind?
Updated seller on progress, provide feedback immediately after open day not a couple of working days later. Deal with us individually and not in a generic fashion.
