I used Purplebricks Lettings after poor service from the previous agent. I was sure that Purplebricks could offer improved and fresh service/support.

Every part of the 12-month rental was a disaster. The communication was terrible and dealing with problems was worse. They had no idea what was happening at the property, what checks had or hadn't been done and was useless when things got difficult.
The conclusion was that PB did not check the property once over the 12-month tenancy and the flat was returned totally trashed. Every room damaged, every carpet needed replacing, doors damaged, shower room totally written off and needed replacing. Totally destroyed.

In my opinion, the poor communication, zero physical involvement and no midterm checks, allowed the tenants to think they could do what they want. £1000s of damage and PB offer me £60 for the missing midterm checks! They put the tenants at risk with no safety checks and the property. They are content in handing me back a completely trashed property. Disgusting service, they should be ashamed of their letting service.
