Have been renting through Darlows for 9 years and I am at the point of despair.
It took 2 years to get a couple of very dangerous inspection covers changed in the garden - but at least I could usually speak to someone.
I have been trying to contact them by telephone for over 2 months to report safety issues within my home - a faulty smoke detector and unstable stairs to access the back yard.
I have left daily messages on their answering machine - getting increasingly frustrated by the day. Have lodged a complaint but not realistically expecting a response to that either. Avoid these charlatans like the plague.

Criminal fees required to move in! No wonder so many people are homeless.

Darlows are useless. They don't respond to emails. Ask you to leave telephone messages and never get back to me. I would NEVER recommend them...
