They need to learn how to communicate. They need facilities to pay by card. They need to understand that you cannot turn customers away during opening hours

I am disappointed that I have to pay fees on change of tenant. I do feel that my tenant is getting a very good deal and will be looking for an increase if the tenant renews next year.

What agent could do to change your mind?
I have given Martin & Co several opportunities to change my mind. There have now been too many instances of being let down (I can't remember a positive experience when having to deal with them).

The fees are not unreasonable if the service you are receiving is positive. Sadly, I pay Martin & Co each month and get nothing positive in return.

the Harlow branch are terrible, NEVER return calls! close early and sit in the office with the lights off ignoring the door... I hope they dont return my calls now, id rather not use them! ...
