The worst experience I have ever had with a supposed professional. Rude, incompetent, and harassed everyone involved with the process. Miscommunicated at every step of the rental process. ** When asked about this, she attempted to lie her way out of the situation, either through spite of sheer incompetence, before totally shitting all communication down. This practice could have resulted in a huge fine for the landlord, so all parties were at risk.
Unwilling to help tenants. A friend of mine had a huge issue with Toxic Black Mould appearing in her room, posing a threat to her health (she's asthmatic) When she asked for the problem to be sorted, she was brushed off and advised "Not a big deal. Just rub the walls with bleach"
Please avoid at all costs. Accommodate are a shining example of everything wrong with letting agencies, and the industry's lack of qualifications.

I can highly recommend Accommodate and Kay Dinan, they are very pleasant,the rent is reasonable for the area,and if I was to rent again I would definitely go back to them....
