David Moor are the worst estate agent of my life and have cost me an absolute fortune.
Chose to pay to leave the contract after 2 weeks of no heating, hot water or washing machine and countless numbers of calls to chase both customer representatives and manager. The company is highly unprofessional and do not record anything so if you ever have the unfortunate chance to rent from these people record everything and get them to sign it. An example - took a week for them to get back in touch with us to arrange for someone to even look at our property to fix the boiler and we only got this answer from us chasing them by phone!! When asked to complain, the manager took 3 weeks to respond to our phone call at which we are still waiting for a reply!
