Do not use them. Simple as that. We signed a contract with them and within 2 weeks they allowed the landlord to manage the property directly. This has led to arguments and confusion during the check-out which could have been resolved easily. We were asked to sign confirmation of the inventory and condition of the property while the inventory was being printed out and before we had seen it.

We attempted to resolve the usual conflict on the last day of tenancy by meeting ahead of time as we had already moved out but this became a nightmare for no reason other than they did not want to put anything in writing.

They even told me you will receive the same level of service and pay the same amount of rent using Gumtree and dealing directly with the landlord. So go ahead and do that and cut out the middle people. There is no reason for them to exist.

Absolutely terrible. Property was ok but getting them to do anything when issue's arose was a different story, they are quick to take the money but useless when it comes to the service... I bet the landlord gets charged for it though regardless....
