Very poor service. Problems from start to finish. When we were looking for houses we stipulated that we needed a house which would accept pets and they showed us a couple of houses where the landlord wouldn\'t accept pets, which was a waste of time. They also sent us lots of things which were over budget. When we let the house it was for new jobs which we were due to start so they wanted references from our new bosses. We gave all the correct information, however the company Chancellors sub contract the job to couldn\'t get hold of our new bosses but couldn\'t explain why so gave up after three attempts. We asked Chancellors to try to resolve it but they said it was down to the other company, but equally couldn\'t give us details of the other company so we couldn\'t resolve it ourselves either. Eventually we did get it resolved but the lady at Chancellors was extremely unhelpful and seemed only interested in getting our money. She also had a shocking telephone manner. They were not transparent about the additional costs until we were further down the line. Also had a dispute about checking out of the property and getting our full deposit back. They subcontract pretty much every job they do so it\'s impossible to get hold of the right person to resolve anything. They hardly ever bothered to contact us when they arranged viewings as we left the property. Communication skills are extremely poor and they are useless at looking after your personal information carefully. I would NEVER use them again and urge others not to waster their time with them either.
