Booked an appointment for 6.30pm 13.05.19 to view a flat in nuxley village. Arrived around 6.25pm and then called branch to confirm door number. Jack then told me appointment was at 6pm (not the case) and agent had left for next viewing. I asked why someone did not call me and he said he did not know why as he was not the agent. Also my partner and I have both called to get an appointment to view a house on erith Road. I called today and my partner called yesterday - 12.05.19. The agent or agents was meant to call vendors and call us back but we are still waiting. Not impressed with the customer service and contact that we cannot even get in to view any properties.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
